Lesson 3 - Challenge Packs & Success Club



PART ONE:

The easiest and most natural way to quickly build your Beachbody income and earn sweet free prizes/vacations is through CHALLENGE PACKS! Challenge Packs are a fitness program and a month supply of Shakeology bundled and priced at a discount. Challengers who buy challenge packs will also have the opportunity to enter the Beachbody Challenge, a transformation contest where $500 is awarded to one person EVERY DAY! All they have to do is submit their before and after photos!

Not only are Challenge Packs the least expensive way for a customer to get started strong, but you also earn TWO Success Club points for each one you sell making your monthly goal of hitting Success Club 5 that much easier! (Don't worry, we'll talk about Success Club next!)

EVEN BETTER... Your customer saves between 25-30% off retail by purchasing a challenge pack... and to top it all off... If that customer decides they want to become a coach... they can have their $39.95 fee waived just because they started out by purchasing a challenge pack! They can sign up as a coach at the same time as they purchase their challenge pack and Beachbody will waive the coach sign up fee ($39.95!) or if they order a challenge pack from you and later decide to become a coach they will have the option to get their coach sign up fee REFUNDED by submitting proof to Beachbody that they purchased a challenge pack in the past! It is really a huge WIN/WIN because it gives your customers the best chance for success and best discounts and you get rewarded as well with commission and points!

Some of you probably are familiar with this because you yourself bought a challenge pack, so you know how awesome they are!

As coaches, we reserve our Challenge Groups for people who purchase Challenge Packs. 

This is for 2 main reasons... 

1. Customers who aren't willing to commit to purchasing a challenge pack (the fitness program and shakeology) usually aren't ready to commit to the challenge and don't end up having a good experience or good results. That is bad for them (a waste of their time and money) and for you (lack of a success story).

2. As a coach, you want everyone to have the BEST possible chance at success and that comes from committing to BOTH fitness and nutrition. That is what the Challenge Pack allows them to do. As a coach, you want to know that you gave your challengers the best possible tools. If they don't use them and don't succeed you still know that you did your best as a coach. If you allow people into your challenge groups who are only willing to do a fitness program and not willing to manage their nutrition with a healthy diet and Shakeology, they are most likely not going have great results or a great experience (you can't out-exercise a bad diet!) and then you as a coach will have to deal with their lack of results knowing that they didn't have all the tools they needed. It's not a great feeling. So it's better to just avoid it.

Exceptions: 
There are a few times when exceptions need to be made. Some examples of this would be...

1. A customer already has a fitness program and thus only needs Shakeology. (So they don't really need to buy a challenge pack, they just need to buy Shakeology so they have both items. That's okay! I would still let them into my group as long as they had both key pieces!)

2. There is a medical reason why they can't be on Shakeology. This is RARE! But every now and then something will come up. An extreme allergy. A doctor's recommendation. Etc. We have to respect our customers' medical issues and their doctors.

3. Pregnancy/Breastfeeding. While it is my personal opinion that Shakeology is fine during both that is not a point I push on any pregnant or breastfeeding woman. Since Shakeology is not tested on pregnant women or breastfeeding women (just like nothing is) it has the same warning as everything else to consult your doctor first. I always have pregnant or breastfeeding challengers take the ingredient list for Shakeology to their doctor or pediatrician for approval and I respect their decision either way!



PART TWO:

Maybe you’ve heard it talked about in some trainings so far. Or you’ve seen me talk about "Success Club points". Or maybe you’ve seen the abbreviation “SC5” and wondered what it all means?


Well… Success Club is a status level you can get each month with Beachbody. It's a FOUNDATIONAL GOAL that we as coaches should have for ourselves every single month. It has been a non-negotiable goal for me and I have hit it every month since I started!



Success Club works on a point system. To be in Success Club you have to earn at least 5 points each month.



Here are the ways you can earn points: 

-Sell a Challenge Pack to a new customer : 2 points
-Sell Shakeology on Home Direct (aka autoship) to a new customer: 1 point
-Sign up a new coach with an order worth 90PV (like Shakeology) - 1 point



So to hit SC5 and get Success Club for the month you'd need to get: 

2 new challengers who purchased a challenge pack (4 points)
and 1 person who bought shakeology on auto ship. (1 point)



 --or--



-3 new challengers who purchase challenge packs (6 points)



--or--



5 people who buy Shakeology on auto ship (5 points)



--or---


...You get the picture! There are lots of combinations. But the main thing is you need at least 5 points to qualify for it each month. And each month your start over.

We aren’t a bunch of “know-it-all’s.” We learn as we go, we research when we have a QUESTION… We ask our UPLINE coach for GUIDANCE and we use them to bounce OUR ideas off of them!

Lesson 6 - Personally Inviting




Today we are talking about inviting people to your first challenge group. Your first group might be one that you lead on your own, or if your sponsoring coach allows you to be an apprentice in one of their groups (like we do!) you might be bringing people in that way.

Either way… there are a few ways that I’ve found work best and I’m going to share them with you today.

 #1 - Sharing your own progress, then adding an invite to the end. Something like this...

"I can’t believe how much has changed since just 1 month ago when I made the decision to commit to a healthy change! Down ____lbs (or _____ pant sizes) in just a month! Feeling energized and amazing and so much better in my own skin. But I’m not done yet. I’m committing to another month long challenge this upcoming month and my coach is letting me bring 1-3 people along with me. If you wanna be my accountability partner for a month and get healthy along with me like, comment, or message me and I’ll send you the details! Let’s do this!!!

 #2 - Inviting to JOIN YOU in the fitness journey. Something like this...

"AH! I’m soooo EXCITED! I get to be an apprentice coach in my coach, Megan Robison's next month long Challenge Group! The same challenge that has helped me (fill in the blank... )! I was also told that I can select up to 3 people to do the challenge along with me!!! If you think it might be something you are interested in... "LIKE" or comment below and I will shoot you over the deets! HURRY though, I only have a couple days to choose!

After they have liked/commented on your post... or contacted you for more information, this is personally the "MORE INFO" email/message I send people (remember to change the info to your own!):


Hey _____, so excited to talk to you about joining me! Here's the official details about the program and the challenges... The program I’m doing is called ________. The workouts are short, less than 30 min each which I love so much and you do them at home. They are short but man do they make you sweat. Which is awesome because you feel like you’re really making a difference and accomplishing something. It’s so much better than wandering around the gym not knowing what moves to do next. Anyway, the workouts are awesome. And there’s a modifyer in case any move is too high impact or hard, which is nice. The second half of the program is an easy to follow nutrition plan (mostly just eating clean, not-processed foods) and Shakeology which is 100% all natural dense nutrition. I love it so much! I can’t even tell you! You replace 1 meal a day with it while you're doing the challenge and after that you can continue to do that or use it as a snack or whenever you want it! I like to have mine in the morning as a smoothie. What it's done for my health and metabolism is insane. It replaced coffee in my life which is just... unheard of! It gives me more energy than drinking an entire pot of coffee used to. And it helps fight cravings so it’s easier to stay on track and not cheat with bad for me foods. It’s so nice to have the group to connect to and feel like I have someone who I can talk to and who understands. It’s helped me to stay on track when I felt like giving up!
